The staff provided excellent local tips for exploring cenotes, and the large pool was refreshing after a day out. Enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and found the breakfast options quite satisfying.

The local staff were outstandingly friendly and top-class. Our room was spacious with netflix and a ceiling fan. The breakfast had lots of coffee, toast, cereal, pancakes, and fruit.

The king room was clean, I felt like at home. The room had air conditioning and a work desk plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Marvellous and super location, the staff were superfriendly. Centro de Merida district was worth exploring...

Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

Location - good near to most activities, and bus station. Plenty of options for breakfast including coffee, toast, cereal, pancakes, and fruit. Incredibly friendly and top-class staff interactions👌

The beds were spacious and comfortable, giving us a great night's sleep. The owners were genuinely helpful. The food was exquisite, fresh local ingredients prepared to perfection. I also loved the personal touch with items like shampoo and body cream.

The only downside was the somewhat confusing directions to the hotel, which could be a challenge for first-time visitors.

The Wi-Fi was impressively strong, one of the best I've encountered in Mexico, and the air conditioning worked well. Although I didn't use the kitchen facilities in my room, they appeared to be adequately equipped. Breakfast options were decent and included some delicious crêpes.
