The king room was clean, I felt like at home. The room had air conditioning and a work desk plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Marvellous and super location, the staff were superfriendly. Centro de Merida district was worth exploring...
Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

The local cenote information provided by the staff was invaluable, making our adventures so much more enjoyable.
The lack of clear signage or directions to find the hotel made arrival a bit stressful, especially at night.

great stay but needed better location info
The beds were spacious and comfortable, giving us a great night's sleep. The owners were genuinely helpful. The food was exquisite, fresh local ingredients prepared to perfection. I also loved the personal touch with items like shampoo and body cream.
The only downside was the somewhat confusing directions to the hotel, which could be a challenge for first-time visitors.

The beds were spacious but could benefit from more pillows, as one per person felt insufficient. The Wi-Fi was impressively strong, one of the best I've encountered in Mexico, and the air conditioning worked well. Although I didn't use the kitchen facilities in my room, they appeared to be adequately equipped. Breakfast options were decent and included some delicious crêpes.
